Pay Your Bill Online
The length and complexity of your procedure or illness will determine the cost of your hospitalization. It is necessary that arrangements for payment of your bill be made at the time of registration. You will be required to pay a deposit if you have no insurance or limited coverage.
The cost of your services is based on the type of procedures and the care that you receive. Upon admission, you will be charged for basic daily room rate, which includes the price of your room, nursing care, meals, linens, housekeeping, security and administrative services. Personal comfort items and long distance phone services will appear on your bill as separate items.
Your physician fees will not be included in your hospital bill. Any fees for professional services, such as the anesthesiologist, radiologist, pathologist or emergency physicians, will be billed to you separately by the individual physician.
We realize that hospitalization often presents an unexpected financial burden. If you anticipate difficulty financing your hospitalization, we urge you to consult with our financial counselors prior to registration so that proper arrangements may be made. To connect with a counselor, please call (205) 971-1236.
Should you have questions about your bill at any time, please contact the business office, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., by calling (205) 971-2300. Every effort will be made to return your telephone call within 24 hours.
