When you need surgery, it can be a stressful and emotional time for you and your loved ones. At the new Grandview Medical Center, you can look forward to comprehensive surgical care, advanced technology and knowledgeable and experienced surgeons.
Many surgeries performed at Grandview Medical Center can be done on an outpatient basis- meaning you’ll return home the same day as your procedure. When you require an additional hospital stay, we offer large, private patient rooms and dedicated intensive care units to help you recovery as quickly as possible.
In addition to larger operating rooms at Grandview Medical Center, patients also have access to three special operating suites dedicated to providing the advanced tools needed to carry out specific procedures.
- Hybrid operating suite: The cardiovascular hybrid operating suite includes both a cardiac catheterization lab and cardiovascular surgery capabilities, minimizing the need to move the patient for multiple cardiac procedures.
- Orthopedic operating suite: A special operating suite dedicated to the special needs of patients undergoing orthopedic and joint replacement procedures.
- Robotic-assisted surgical suite: Grandview Medical Center also offers a robotic-assisted surgical suite for minimally invasive urological, gynecological, cardiac and general surgeries.
Surgical suites at Grandview Medical Center are equipped with an advanced surgical imaging system. This multi-dimensional platform is designed for use in spine, orthopedic and trauma-related surgeries. It provides real-time, intra-operative imaging of a patient's anatomy with high quality images and a large field-of-view in both two and three dimensions.
