Patients & Visitors
Current Masking and Visitor Guidelines
Anyone who has suspected or confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection or other undiagnosed respiratory infection (e.g., those with runny nose, cough, sneeze) should refrain from visiting patients in the hospital. If you have had a close contact or a higher-risk exposure with someone with SARS-CoV-2 infection then you should also refrain from visiting the hospital.
When the community is experiencing a HIGH level of COVID-19 transmission, all individuals in the hospital must wear a mask that covers their nose & mouth at all times even in patient rooms. All visitors should pay careful attention to signage and overhead announcements in the hospital to determine if masking is required. We encourage everyone to practice hand hygiene and social distancing when possible.
NICU visitation is limited at all times. Please check the patient's nurse or unit nursing director to determine visitation guidelines.
Visitation for COVID-19 patients is restricted except for patient condition change or compassionate care situations. Please discuss with the patient's nurse or unit nursing director for more information.
