Shortly after midnight, and less than 24 hours after the official opening of the new Grandview Medical Center, the Labor & Delivery team welcomed the first baby to be born in the new hospital. Baby Meghan was born at 12:34 am weighing 6 lbs and 7oz, to proud parents Tracy and Joseph. Dr. Margaret Miklic delivered the first baby at Grandview but not the first baby for the family.
